Returns & Refunds Policy

At Bargain Balloons, we want your celebrations to be perfect; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that inflated or custom-ordered products are not eligible for return due to their perishable nature.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the unused, flat balloons in their original packaging to ensure they are protected from punctures or damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; keep your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
