How long does shipping take for party supplies?
We offer several shipping tiers ranging from economy to express. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days, while expedited options can arrive within 1-2 business days depending on your location.
Do the balloons arrive inflated or deflated?
To ensure the lowest prices and prevent damage during transit, all balloons are shipped flat and deflated. You can have them filled with helium or air at your local party supply store or by using a home tank.
What is your return policy for unopened items?
We accept returns on unused, unopened, and original packaging items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been inflated or used.
Are your latex balloons biodegradable?
Yes, we pride ourselves on offering high-quality latex balloons made from 100% natural rubber latex, which is biodegradable and harvested from rubber trees.
